Opportunities From: Donate Life Kentucky Trust and Network for Hope

Middletown Division of Police will be hosting their Annual National Night Out that allows the community to interact with local groups and organizations from around the area. 4,000 - 5,000 people are expected to attend. We will have an Education Table at the event.

Every year, Donate Life Ohio has a table at the Ohio State Fair and they invite our Ambassador group to represent Network for Hope. Please consider signing up to be at the table or work as a Gate Volunteer.

Mileage will be reimbursed. The Second Chance Trust Fund will cover parking expenses for volunteers.

Breckinridge-Grayson Programs, Inc. will be hosting their annual Back-to-School/Health Fair where they serve 200 Head Start Preschool/Early Head Start children and families and try to provide them with different resources and information about programs every year. We will have an Education Table at the event.

Spectrum will be hosting their Wellness Fair on Wednesday, August 12 which will educate their employees about the benefits of living a healthier lifestyle and highlight resources in the area. We will have an Education Table at the event.

Network for Hope is partnering with Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) for their Wellness Wednesday events. We will be promoting organ, tissue, and eye donation, as well as promoting healthy eating lifestyles with our Savor The Story initiative.

Volunteers who sign up for this event will need to be able to pull a wagon with a table/ supplies and set up on the Grand (Main Street in Hazard).

The Lakota East Football team is hosting their annual showcase. We will have an Education Table at the event.

We will be at the Black Family Reunion this year in Cincinnati on August 15 and 16! Please considering helping out at our table.

We are looking for volunteers to help in-office write messages of hope and well-wishes to Cincinnati dialysis patients. Your message, while short and generic, given we don't know who it'll be going to, could be a positive light during their dialysis treatment.

Volunteers will be given tickets to attend the concert.

We will be promoting Voices of Hope at the Pikeville High School Football Game on Saturday, August 29th (game time is at 8:15 p.m.). They will be playing Prestonburg, and we will have an Education Table at the event. Volunteers will get free tickets to the game.

We will be having an Education Table at the Wu-Tang Clan concert at Riverbend!

Volunteers will be given tickets to attend the concert.

A Wellness Fair will be held at Texas Roadhouse in Louisville from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 10th. We will have an Education Table at the event that is open to their employees.

WeCare Clinic is organized on a non-profit basis to provide a diagnostic and out-patient medical care facility for children and adults with genetic disease in the Amish, Mennonite, and English communities of Kentucky and surrounding states. They will be hosting a Family Day, and Network for Hope will have a table at the event. You will be with a Family & Partnership Services Liaison from Network for Hope.

We will be having an Education Table at the Marshall University football game! We will be playing against Middle Tennessee and kickoff is at 7 pm. Those who volunteer will get tickets to the game.

We will be having an Education Table at the Pitbull concert at Riverbend!

Volunteers will be given tickets to attend the concert.

David Didusch is a cousin of a Network for Hope employee who passed in August 2025. He was an organ, tissue, and eye donor, and the family is hosting a golf outing in his honor. To learn more about the outing, please click here. We will have an Education Table at the event.

Mercy Health- Kings Mills is hosting their annual Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, September 19th from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. We will have a table at the event.

Did you know that Girl Scouts can earn a Donate Life badge? We will be at the Believe in Girls Expo at the Cintas Center at Xavier University to talk to young girls about Donate Life and how they can promote organ donation within their own community.

In honor of Reco Gunnels, who is the brother of one of our Ambassadors, Kelly Gunnels-Valines, a blood drive will be hosted at the Holloman Center lot/ South Avondale Elementary School. We will have an Education Table at the event.

Holy Family Catholic Church is hosting their annual Community Health & Safety Fair at Holy Family on Sunday, September 27. We will have an Education Table at the event!

We will be having an Education Table at the Cincinnati Children's Heart Transplant Family Picnic on Saturday, October 3rd at Stricker's Grove Amusement Park.
